Jeff Cooper is founder and lead servant of Community Builders Church in Oklahoma City, a multiethnic,
multigenerational gathering of people committed to sharing the love of Christ. He previously served full time as Executive Pastor/COO of Bible Based Fellowship Church, a mega church in Tampa, Florida where he provided oversight and strategy for operations, personnel and ministries. Prior to this position, Jeff served full time as Pastor of Discipleship and the Single Adult Ministry at Northeast Bible Church in Plano, Texas. In this dual role, he equipped individuals to maximize their potential in Christ and experience authentic life transformation.
Jeff draws from a solid foundation in ministry leadership that spans 25 years and includes new ministry development, leadership development, curriculum development, teaching, preaching, coaching, facilitation and training.
His passion is to help build better people, who build thriving organizations. After 20 years of working as a corporate trainer for companies such as Eli Lilly, Merck and Bristol Myers-Squibb and as a business and training development consultant, Jeff recognized the opportunity to develop strong leaders outside the Fortune 50 director level environment. As a result, Jeff aims to provide nonprofits, churches and small business organizations access to education, training and strategies utilized by top ranked corporations. These resources are specifically tailored to each organization's needs, in order to achieve efficiency and maximum impact.
Jeff holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University (Missouri) and a master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary (DTS) with an emphasis in Christian Leadership.
